Michael's background has not been disclosed until now, but it has been said that he came from the East Coast and in his youth he was a bank robber. After that, he became very successful with the work he had.

In his youth he worked with a former military pilot named Trevor Philips, who also carried out criminal acts and the two became close friends. Then after that he met a woman named Amanda, they both got married and currently have 2 children named Jimmy and Tracey.

Just before the incident in this game, Michael had retired from the criminal world after carrying out a partnership with FIB. Because their bond is what makes him very rich at this time. Today Michael and his family live in a large elegant mansion, partly sports car, and individual tennis and golf courts.
But this luxury did not make his family happy. His wife tolerated him no longer, spending nearly all of her money shopping at the best boutiques.
